Karaoke Software

Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, opened software cannot be returned for anything other than the replacement of the same identical item purchased. The Software titles include but are not limited to, CD, CD+G, Laser Disc, DVD, USB, SD and CD-Rom media sold by Chartbuster Karaoke. However, we do offer a 100% Guarantee for Chartbuster Karaoke CD+Gs. If for any reason, your CD+G is scratched, damaged or broken, you may return it for direct replacement and only pay for shipping and handling charges (you must be able to provide proof of purchase and obtain an RMA before sending any product to us). The 100% guarantee policy does not apply to all products, please contact a Customer Service Representative for more details at 800-347-5504.

Limited Warranty:

Chartbuster Karaoke is not responsible for unlocked content stored on this device. We recommend that you store your purchased content on a separate drive and have a back-up of all content. Unlocked content cannot be replaced by Chartbuster Karaoke. You are allowed one back-up of your unlocked content for safety. Your hard drive comes with a 90 day limited replacement warranty (see below). If it should fail within that time period you may return it for a replacement drive and only pay for shipping and handling. Lost content will not be replaced. Please contact our offices to obtain an RMA before returning the device.  Our limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Only consumers purchasing products from Chartbuster Karaoke or authorized retailers or resellers may obtain coverage under our limited warranty. Our warranty period is for 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days there is a replacement fee for the hard drive. Our limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) commercial use; accident; abuse; neglect; shock; electrostatic discharge; heat or humidity beyond product specifications; improper installation; operation; maintenance or modification; (b) any misuse; (c) lost passwords; or (d) malfunctions caused by other equipment. Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover). Our warranties do not cover content and/or data loss – back up the contents of your drive to a separate storage medium on a regular basis. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal and installation are not recoverable under our warranties.

Return Procedures

• Chartbuster Karaoke must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. Chartbuster Karaoke will then contact a UPS representative to pick up the merchandise to determine if it was mishandled.
• If product was purchased via mail order, customer must call 1-800-347-5504 to obtain an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before sending any merchandise back to Chartbuster Karaoke. Any package received without an RMA Number will be refused and redirected back to you.
• All replacements / exchanges will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt providing that the item is in stock. Chartbuster Karaoke will cover Ground Shipping fees only for incorrect or defective items.
• All returns must be insured. If damage or loss occurs during the return shipment, you will be responsible for any and all replacement / repair fees.
• Items received with apparent misuse or neglect will not be acceptable for return and will be returned to customer.

WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER.
