You may call our sales center toll-free in the United States at (800) 347-5504 Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time. Please have the item numbers you would like to order ready at the time of your call.
Clearly print or type your order and fax it to our offices at (865) 342-2557. Make certain that you include a daytime phone number on your order and your name. A sales representative will call you between the hours of 9 am and 5:30 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to confirm your order and to arrange payment.
Your order can be shipped you via United States Postal Service (USPS) or through United Parcel Service (UPS). We also provide a system for customer pick-up if you are local to our offices.
Each shipping option includes the ability to choose how quickly you would like to receive your order, based on the options that particular carrier offers. Simply choose the best option for you when you enter your shipping information online.

If you prefer, you may also pay by check or money order – call our offices at (800) 347-5504 during normal business hours to arrange this.
