Our 100% Guarantee is for Chartbuster Karaoke CD+Gs. If for any reason, your CD+G is scratched, damaged or broken, you may return it for direct replacement and pay only for shipping and handling charges (you must be able to provide proof of purchase and obtain an RMA before sending any product to us). Please Note that not all karaoke player units are created alike. There are some manufacturers who do not adhere to the established standards for the format of karaoke discs. This may cause some discs to become unreadable in certain players. If you are having an issue where a Chartbuster Karaoke disc will not play in your karaoke player, please contact us at (800) 347-5504. Have the disc in question and all of the information about the player, including the model number, manufacturer’s name, and serial number handy when you call.
