Shipping Questions

Your order can be shipped you via United States Postal Service (USPS) or through United Parcel Service (UPS). We also provide a system for customer pick-up if you are local to our offices.

Each shipping option includes the ability to choose how quickly you would like to receive your order, based on the options that particular carrier offers. Simply choose the best option for you when you enter your shipping information online.

We gladly except orders from around the globe. International orders are shipped in a timely manner via USPS. Some packages may be held up in customs and this may delay your delivery.

All orders placed before 1pm est. will ship within 2 days of receipt of payment (except for weekends and Holidays). We will make every effort to ship orders out the same day when possible. Orders placed after 2pm est. will not process until the next working day (excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the day of shipment). If you choose USPS Media Mail it may take up to 14 days to receive your product. USPS Priority mail is usually received within 3 days from shipping (expect during Holidays).

NOTE: We cannot track packages that are shipped via USPS, we can only tracks packages shipped thru UPS. UPS does not deliver Overnight packages on Saturday or to P.O. Boxes. Overnight orders placed on a Friday before 1pm est will be delivered on Monday (some rural areas are not available for overnight delivery from UPS). Orders placed after 1pm est on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).
