Streaming karaoke gives you access to the entire Chartbuster Karaoke library of songs. These songs are streamed to your PC or mobile device using an embedded player. No more discs or machines to deal with. Simply subscribe to the system, log in and sing your heart out. If you have a web enabled TV that is Adobe Flash compatible you can also get this service right there on your TV, which is great for parties. We suggest using Google Chrome for our streaming service. If you are using another browser please make sure you are running the latest version with the latest updates including the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you are using Internet Explorer, also make sure you are running the 32 bit version and not the 64 bit browser as Adobe Flash Player is incompatible with this version.

If your mobile device is web enabled and can play Flash Files then YES you can access our streaming service form your mobile device.

*Note: Currently Apple devices do not support Flash files.

1. First sign into our website, if you have not created an account please do so at this time: https://www.chartbusterkaraoke.com/customer/account/create
2. Next go to this link:   http://www.chartbusterkaraoke.com/streaming
3. Click on the Buy it now button and then on the Add Product to Cart button.
4. Complete the checkout process.
   
5. You will get an email confirming your purchase and a link to go to the streaming page.

Once you have subscribed to the streaming service you can access it at anytime by going to this link (make sure you are singed into the website): https://www.chartbusterkaraoke.com/cbk-streaming-channel

• Our subscription service is free to try for the first month.You must have a valid credit card for this service and you will be billed one cent to verify your card for this service.
• Your credit card is billed every 30 days after that.
• If you wish to cancel this service must cancel prior to the next billing of your card, subscriptions are non-refundable once they have been charged. See "How Do I Cancel My Subscription" in the Streaming FAQ.

To cancel your subscription you must first log into our site. Then go to my account and then into my subscriptions. There you will see your subscription. Click on edit and at the bottom you will see cancel my subscription. Click there to cancel your service.

Note: Once you have been billed for your service the charged fee is non-refundable for that month.

2. Log into our website
3. Go to http://www.chartbusterkaraoke.com/cbk-streaming-channel
4. Log into the streaming system (use the same information you use to log into our website)
5. You will now see the streaming player
6. You can click on Title, Artist or Genre and then on a letter next to the browse bar to see a list of all songs that begin with that letter under that category.
7. Choose a song by clicking on the arrow next to the song and it will be added to your playlist on the lower right. Your video will begin to play. You can add more songs to the playlist by clicking and adding more. You can change your playlist by dragging songs up and down in your playlist. To delete a song from the play list click on the red X.
8. To search for a specific song or artist click on the search button, enter the song title or artist name (make sure you have the correct spelling).
9. By placing your mouse over the play screen your options to pause and play the song will be revealed. You also have a volume control and a button to expand to full screen. To return to the regular screen simply press the escape key on your keyboard.

I am having trouble singing into the service what do I do?

Please make sure your browser has the latest updates (we recomend using Google Chrome), that you are running a 32 bit version of your browser, and that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player player installed (SEE "What Browser Should I Use").

Log into the website and then into the streaming service using the same log in credentials. At this time, you must log in twice for security purposes.
