How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 1pm est. will ship within 2 days of receipt of payment (except for weekends and Holidays). We make every effort to ship orders out the same day but due to the recent massive increase in orders it may take up to 2 days to get your order out. Orders placed after 2pm est. will not process until the next working day (shipping is calculated from that day). If you choose USPS Media Mail it may take up to 14 days to receive your product. USPS Priority mail is usually received within 3 days from shipping (expect at Holidays). NOTE: We cannot track packages that are shipped via USPS, we can only tracks packages shipped thru UPS. The following map shows how long it should take for you to receive your order once it has been shipped from our production facility via UPS Ground Shipping from Knoxville, TN 37917.
