Online Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO CASH REFUNDS.
Original invoice must be provided for any exchange(s). All returns will be exchanged for credit only.
KARAOKE SOFTWARE
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, opened software cannot be returned for anything other than the replacement of the same identical item purchased. The Software titles include but are not limited to, CD, CD+G, Laser Disc, DVD and CD-Rom media sold by Chartbuster Karaoke. However, we do offer a 100% Guarantee for Chartbuster Karaoke CD+Gs. If for any reason, the CD+G is scratched, damaged or broken, you may return it for direct FREE replacement and only pay for shipping and handling charges (you must obtain an RMA before sending any product to us). The 100% guarantee policy does not apply to all products, please contact a Customer Service Representative for more details.
EQUIPMENT
We will gladly exchange your full purchase price on any unopened or opened equipment within 15 days of the original purchase date (you must obtain an RMA before sending any product to us). All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and must include any owner manuals, connecting cables, and any and all accessories (including software). All returns must be pre-approved by sales manager.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We will gladly exchange any damaged equipment within 15 days of the purchase date. See terms below. After 15 days, the manufacturer’s warranty is in effect. You must provide your original invoice and return the equipment to the manufacturer in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCEDURES
- Chartbuster Karaoke must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. Chartbuster Karaoke will then contact a UPS representative to pick up the merchandise to determine if it was mishandled.
- If equipment was purchased via mail order, customer must call 1-800-347-5504 to obtain an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before sending any merchandise back to Chartbuster Karaoke. Any package received without an RMA Number will be refused and redirected back to you.
- All replacements / exchanges will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt providing that the item is in stock. Chartbuster Karaoke will cover Ground Shipping fees only for incorrect or defective items.
- All returns must be insured. If damage or loss occurs during the return shipment, you will be responsible for any and all replacement / repair fees.
- Items received with apparent misuse or neglect will not be acceptable for return and will be returned to customer.
